Do I need to book a date now or can I buy an "Open Voucher"?

All vouchers bought through our website are "Open Vouchers" - the best and most flexible way to buy motorsports gift experiences.
Open vouchers can be redeemed by simply ringing us and arranging a convenient date for your experience.
Open Vouchers are valid for a year from the date of purchase, although we are happy to extend vouchers if you are not able to come within 12 months. There is a £20 administration fee for this service.
Vouchers for specific dates can be bought by calling our office on 0121 358 2245 (9:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday).

How often do you run events? Will I be able to find a date to suit me?
We run events between March and December and pride ourselves on being able to offer you a range of available dates when you call to book.
The majority of events take place on Saturdays or Sundays, but we do have some availability on weekdays (mainly Fridays) on our Superstox Race day event.
We can also offer group events for private groups on weekdays as well as weekends.

What do I need to wear?
Clients should wear warm clothing as required and 'sensible' shoes or trainers. We supply all protective clothing and waterproofs.

Are there height/weight limits?
Generally, participants on our events must be reasonably fit and over 17 years old. Maximum height is 6ft 5" and minimum height is 5ft. Maximum weight is 20 stone.

Are events cancelled due to the weather?
This activity is generally not weather dependent, but in the case of snow or ice the event may be postponed - in which case clients will be offered a range of alternative dates.

Are there disabled facilities?
Our raceways have disabled lavatories and good wheelchair access to the viewing areas. In some cases, driving stockcars is not possible for people with some disabilities.

Is motor racing safe?
Motor racing is inherently dangerous, however you are in safe hands! Our Directors have over 40 years experience in the Motor Sports industry, and are founder members of the British Oval Racing Safety Executive and the Oval Racing Council, the governing body of the sport of stockcar racing. Our cars conform to all current safety requirements, and additional safety features are in place at our venues, over and above those required by the sport's governing body.

Are these events fun for spectators?

Yes! Stockcar racing is exciting to watch, and we aim to give your family and friends a good time if they are coming to support you! With commentators, refreshments and a Race Day programme, our events take the form of a proper race meeting, with you as the star driver! So bring your fan club, they will have a great time! There is an admission charge for spectators - please see experience information to see what this charge is.

What if I need to cancel or change the date of my race experience?
Please book your event for a date you are sure you can attend! We have a no-cancellation policy within 21 days of your event.

Can I come by myself/can I bring a big group?
Our events are available to individuals and groups! Generally our events are made up of individuals and small groups, although we can operate private events for large and corporate groups - see Group Bookings page!
