Terms and Conditions Availability All experiences are offered subject to availability and weather conditions on the day. It is important to book a day for your experience as far in advance as possible. We are unable to make provisional reservations. You are advised not to make travel, hotel or other arrangements until your booking has been confirmed. The issue of an "open" voucher does not constitute the confirmation of a particular date. Weather We reserve the right to cancel an experience due to adverse weather conditions that would affect your safety. We cannot be held liable for any costs incurred in this circumstance. In the case of an event being cancelled due to weather conditions, alternative dates will be offered. We are unable to make refunds in the case of cancelation due to weather. Safety There is an element of danger involved with all motorsport. You will be required to sign a disclaimer before you take part in most of our experiences. On all experiences our Race Director will assess a participant's ability to take part. We reserve the right to refuse any person from participating in any Experience should we deem it necessary. Whilst this is an unlikely occurrence, this rule is for safety purposes only. We kindly ask you to respect that our Race Director's opinion is final and in your best interest. In this circumstance, we are unable to refund the cost of the experience. Experience Dates Experiences can be purchased via this web site in the form of "Open Vouchers". Voucher holders can then contact our main office to discuss available dates. Alternatively, participants can call our main office directly, and book their experience date at the time of payment. Payment Generally, full payment is required at the time of booking, although in the case of large group bookings (6+) a 30% deposit may be taken, with the balance due 21 days before the date of the experience. Deposits may only be taken for bookings made via telephone; all internet bookings require full payment at the time of booking. We are unable to reserve payment or make provisional bookings. We reserve the right to cancel any order where full payment has not been received within credit terms or where payment has defaulted. Any vouchers issued in these circumstances become void without further notice and we cannot be held liable for any costs incurred. Refund Policy We can make refunds on non-expired vouchers that still have a specific event date to be arranged - i.e. Open Vouchers only. In all cases the cost of the experience will be refunded LESS 25% for administration charges. Refunds are only made to the person who purchased the gift pack and are refunded via the original means of payment. If a date has already been arranged for your event, please refer to 'Cancellation/Event Date Changes'. Cancellation/Event Date Changes Once you have a specific date arranged for your event, the following conditions and charges apply if you need to change the date of your experience: With more than 21 days to event date: £35 administration charge. Notification of date change with 21 days or less to event date: All monies paid are forfeited. |
