  1. GENERAL

  • Availability

All Experiences are offered subject to availability, weather conditions and/or other adverse conditions on the day of the event. It is important to make the booking for your Experience as far in advance as possible.  We are unable to make provisional reservations.  You are advised to make your travel, hotel or other arrangements after your booking has been confirmed. In certain circumstances it may be necessary to substitute vehicles with those of a similar type.

 2. EXPERIENCE DAY CANCELLATION  -  Clients will be given as much notice as possible

  • Weather

We reserve the right to cancel an Experience due to adverse weather conditions and other instances including medical emergency (such as Covid-19 restrictions), which could compromise matters of safety. Motor Racing Live Ltd cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred in this circumstance. In the case of an Experience Day being cancelled due to weather conditions, clients will be offered alternative dates. Motor Racing Live Ltd cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred in this circumstance. 

Refunds are not available. 

 

 

3. MRL WEBSITE PURCHASES

Experience Days can be purchased via our website in the form of:

  •  Open Vouchers are valid for twelve months from the date of purchase. Open voucher holders should contact our bookings office (Tel: 07394063653 / [email protected]) to discuss available dates.

  • Direct Bookings Clients can call our bookings office (Tel: 07394063653 / [email protected]) and make a booking for a specific date of their choice, subject to availability.

 

  • Payment

Full payment is taken at the time of purchase.

 

  • Refund Policy

Refunds are available on non-expired Motor Racing Live Open Vouchers for which an Experience Date has not been booked. The cost of the Experience will be refunded LESS an administration charge of 25%.

Refunds are made to the original voucher purchaser only. Refunds are made via the original means of payment. Refunds of payments made via PayPal will be the amount received by Motor Racing Live Ltd from PayPal LESS an administration charge of 25%.

 

  • Date Change of a booked Experience

Once a specific date has been booked, the following conditions and charges apply if you need to change the date of your Experience :-

With more than 21 days to event:£10.00 administration charge will be made

With 21 days or less to event: Date changes are not available and all monies are forfeited unless the booking(s) can be re sold to a third party. In this case, £25 administration charge will apply.

 

  • Cancellation of a booked Experience

In the case of a booked Experience being cancelled by the voucher holder:-

With more than 21 days to event:£25.00 administration charge will be made

21 days or less to event:All monies are forfeited unless the booking(s) can be re-sold to a third party. In this case, £25 administration charge will apply.

 

  • Failure to arrive at a booked Experience

If a client has booked a specific date and fails to arrive on that date, it is not possible to re book and all monies are forfeited.

 

  • Voucher Extension

Motor Racing Live Voucher Extensions are available for a further 6 months. A £25 administration charge applies.

4. VOUCHERS BOUGHT THROUGH EXPERIENCE DAY COMPANIES

 

  • To redeem your Voucher

Bookings should be made as soon as possible after voucher purchase. To book an Experience Day call our bookings office (01543  428903).  You will need your voucher with you.  You will be offered available dates for your experience day.

 

  • Date Change of booked Experience

Once a specific date has been booked, the following conditions and charges apply if you change the date of your Experience booking :-

With more than 21 days to event:£10.00 administration charge will be made

21 days or less to event: Date changes are not available and all monies are forfeited unless the booking(s) can be sold to a third party - £25 administration will apply.

 

  • Cancellation of booked Experience

In the case of a booked experience being cancelled by the voucher holder:-

With more than 21 days to event: Contact us immediately and then contact your voucher supplier.

21 days or less to event:All monies are forfeited unless the booking(s) can be re-sold to a third party. In this case, a £25 administration charge will apply.

 

  • Failure to arrive at the booked Experience

If a client has booked a specific date and fails to arrive on that date, it is not possible to re book and all monies are forfeited.

 

  • Voucher Extension

Contact the Experience Day Company from where the voucher was purchase

 

 

5. GROUP BOOKINGS

Group bookings (6+) are available:  Call our bookings office to discuss (01543 428903).

“Exclusive Date” group bookings are also available:  Call our bookings office to discuss.

 

  • Payment Terms for Group Bookings

A non refundable 30% deposit is taken at the time of booking, with the balance to be paid at least 21 days before the date of experience day booked. Deposits are only available for bookings made via telephone to our bookings office. All groups booked via our web site require full payment at the time of booking. We are unable to reserve payment or take provisional bookings. We reserve the right to cancel any order where full payment has not been received within our credit terms or where payment has defaulted. Any vouchers issued in these circumstances become void, without further notice and we will not be held responsible for any costs incurred.

 

  • Amendments to original Booking

Generally, an increase in numbers is possible at any time.

If group numbers are reduced after original booking, the following applies :-

With more than 21 days to event:  Deposit for the number reduced is forfeited.

21 days or less to event: All monies are forfeited and invoice to be paid in full unless all bookings can be sold to a third party – forfeit of deposit will still apply.

 

  • Failure to arrive at the booked Experience

If a group has booked a specific date and some or all of the group fail to arrive on that date, it is not possible to re-book. monies are forfeited.
